ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A trial date has been set for the woman accused of driving the vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that left three people dead.
Penelope Grosswiler’s initial hearing was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Thursday. She was called upon by the court at 9 a.m. where her charges were read to her by a judge.
Grosswiler pleaded not guilty.
Her jury trial is set for March 19, 2018 at 8:30 a.m.
Grosswiler’s husband, Leonard Grosswiler, is also accused of being involved in the deadly crash. His initial hearing was rescheduled for January 4, 2018.
