Trial to begin for South Bend cop accused of violating women

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend police officer, Jeffery Chester, will be in court on Tuesday for his trial.

He is accused of violating three women while on duty.

Chester has been on administrative leave without pay for seven months.

Three women came forward, claiming he touched them inappropriately when he pulled them over.

He is facing two counts of felony official misconduct and two counts of misdemeanor battery.
