Tropical storm strands thousands; 80 confirmed dead

MEXICO — Tropical Storm Manuel has stranded thousands of people in Mexico.
Officials say that 35,000 homes have been destroyed and at least 80 people now dead.
The storm was down-graded from hurricane to tropical storm on Thursday afternoon.
The storm storm continues to move inland.
The military and American Red Cross are helping the tens of thousands of people that are stranded.
