Trump says he will announce Supreme Court nominee on Saturday

President Donald Trump on Tuesday tweeted that he plans to announce his Supreme Court Justice nominee on Saturday.
In his tweet, the president said the announcement will be made at the White House but the exact time has not been announced.
I will be announcing my Supreme Court Nominee on Saturday, at the White House! Exact time TBA.

If the announcement is made Saturday, it will mark just over a week since the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a champion of women's rights and the court's second female justice.
Ginsburg died of complications from metastatic pancreatic cancer at her Washington home on September 18.
