Turbine near Howard Park officially turned on

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- For years it collected dust but now a recently rediscovered hydro-turbine is up and running in downtown South Bend.
The city turned on its old-but-new hyrdo-turbine along the river near Howard Park.
The turbine is part of the festivities for Energy Week.
