Twinkies are making a sweet come back

After an eight-month hiatus, a popular snack cake is making a comeback. Twinkies and other Hostess brands will be back on store shelves starting Monday.

Walmart started selling Twinkiees and other popular Hostess a few days before the official rebirth.

The iconic snack and other Hostess products have not been made since November when Hostess filed for bankruptcy and liquidated its 82-year-old business.

A private equity firm bought the company and revived the Twinkie.
