Two arrested after deputies recover stolen property

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. -- Two people were arrested after deputies recovered a stolen vehicle and other stolen property during a joint investigation between the St. Joseph and Cass County sheriff's departments.

Detectives with Cass County located a stolen vehicle and other stolen property in the 10000 block of Blair Lake Street on Wednesday, deputies said.

The vehicle had been reported stolen the previous day from Fabius Township in St. Joseph County.

A man and woman were taken into custody by the Cass County Sheriff's Department for preliminary charges of possession of stolen property.
