Two found dead at house on Shore Avenue in Elkhart

ELKHART, Ind. – Two people were found dead inside their home at 56788 Shore Avenue in Elkhart just before 1 p.m. Thursday.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, early indications suggest carbon monoxide poisoning was a factor, but a final determination has not been made.
The victims were identified as 28 year old Mitchell Rider and 28 year old Jamie Hooker.
The sheriff’s department and the Elkhart County Coroner’s office are investigating.
