Two men arrested for possession of narcotics, one sneaks drugs to Marshall County Jail

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- In the early hours of Sunday morning, Marshall County Police were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at the Pretty Lake Apartments on Quince Road where they found a man in possession of cocaine and unidentified pills. 

In the 2021 Buick SUV was 20-year-old Isaac A. Navejar who was taken into custody along with another man -- Tate A. Dunsizer -- who was inside an apartment and admitted to owning the pills found in the SUV

"During the investigation, the officer detected the odor of marijuana emitting from within the vehicle, as well as suspected narcotics on the floorboard. The vehicle was searched, and the officers located suspected cocaine and controlled substance pills," Marshall County Police said.

"Another male, located in one of the apartments, admitted to possessing the controlled substance pills located in the vehicle. They were both taken into custody and transported to the jail."

Once at the jail, police allegedly found more cocaine and pills hidden on Navejar.

Navejar was booked and processed for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance and Possession of a Legend Drug.

Dunsizer was booked and processed for Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance and Possession of a Legend Drug.
