Two men arrested in Cass County for meth after warrant served

Two men were arrested for possession of meth Wednesday after a search warrant uncovered four meth labs in the residence.

The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team served the warrant to residence on the 19000 block of Calvin Hill Street in Calvin Township on suspicion the residents were manufacturing methamphetamine.

Officials say upon searching, four ‘one pot’ labs were discovered, one of them still active.

Various components for the manufacturing, sale, and use of meth were reported in the residence as well.

According to investigators, a 50-year-old male and a 42-year-old male were arrested at the scene, while a third suspect was present but not arrested as charges are still being sought after.

The case remains under investigation and names of the individuals are not being released pending arraignment.
