Two semi accident affecting traffic on the 20/31 bypass

A two semi accident is causing traffic delays for all lanes of the US20/31 bypass in South Bend.
The crash is near the State Road 2 exit.
South Bend dispatch did not know whether the accident is in the east or west bound lanes, but said traffic is backed up in both directions.
The accident happened around 4:15 p.m.
