Two-time Heisman winner talks Te'o

Manti Te'o is the most decorated player in college football history.

Two time Heisman winner Archie Griffin knows just how overwhelming the spotlight can be.

Griffin a former Ohio State running back  won the Heisman twice. He is the only college football player to do it.

We sat down with him Friday and he told us Te'o will have to embrace how all of the recognition and attention will change his life.

He also touched on the possibility of Te'o winning the Heisman.

"I think voters look at how a young man is doing on and off the field. From that standpoint, Manti has been exemplary," said Griffin. "Just continue to work as hard as you've worked. And remember what got you to where you are. And be humble."

The line-backer is also up for the Lott Impact Trophy on Sunday.
