Two vehicle crash on SR 13 in Elkhart County injures passenger

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A two vehicle crash on SR 13 in Middlebury on Saturday night injured a passenger.
A male driver of a 2017 Freightliner box van was headed northbound on SR 13 crossing the CR 10 intersection.
The male driver of a 2010 Honda Pilot failed to stop at a stop sign and rear ended the van.
An 8-year-old girl who was the passenger in the Honda was taken to a nearby hospital for head injuries.
The girl was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
