NORTH LIBERTY, Ind. -- A juvenile allegedly driving a stolen truck was injured in a rollover accident Monday morning.

It happened around 3:30 a.m. on State Road 23 near Osborne Road in North Liberty.

Walkerton Police say they received a report of a stolen Ford F-350.

When they located the vehicle, the driver sped up and led them on a pursuit that ended in St. Joseph County when the truck sideswiped another vehicle.

The truck was badly damaged.

The driver, a juvenile, was taken to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for treatment.

St. Joseph County Police say that the Marshall County Prosecutor's Office is tasked with determining the charges against the minor.
