Unsanitary equipment to blame for Listeria outbreak

HOLLY, Colo. -- Unsanitary equipment is getting the blame for the deadliest outbreak of food-borne illness in 25 years.

On Wednesday, the FDA released a six-page report, about Colorado-based Jensen Farms which shipped cantaloupes out across the country. Investigators found positive samples of Listeria bacteria on equipment and fruit there.

The deadly Listeria outbreak also made people across the country sick, including folks right here in Indiana.
