UPDATE: Body of missing Portage teen found along Lake Michigan shore

PORTAGE, Ind. -- The body of 15-year-old Corey McFry was recovered early Tuesday morning along the shore of Ogden Dunes on Lake Michigan.
Police say McFry went missing while swimming with friends Sunday. They believe he either stepped off the sandbar or was knocked off and went under the water.
The body was located approximately one-fourth of a mile from where he was last seen.
At the time of his disappearance, that part of Lake Michigan was under rip current advisory. No life guards were on duty in the area.
The body was taken under control by the coroner’s office. No autopsy is expected according to the coroner’s office.
