UPDATE: Couple plans to sue cemetery over burial plot confusion

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. -- A Benton Harbor family is breathing a sigh of relief.
This comes after a cemetery board gave the stamp of approval to find out if their loved one is really buried where the headstone is placed.
The headstone was moved one day, and now they aren't sure where their mother's grave is.
ABC 57's Ashley Izbicki talked to council members and the family. Here's a look at how the couple plans to take action against the cemetery for mismanagement.
