UPDATE: Driver identified in fatal bike accident

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- We now know the name of a bicyclist killed in St. Joseph County.
Police said 62-year-old Steven Carey of South Bend was hit and killed on State Road 23 on Sunday.
The driver who hit Carey said she simply didn't see him.
There is no word yet if any charges will be filed.
