UPDATE: Elkhart apartment complex infested with bed bugs

ELKHART, Ind. -- We have an update to a story we first brought you on Saturday.
Bed bugs are out of control at the Waterfall High Rise Apartments in Elkhart.
On Monday night, we finally talked to the Elkhart Housing Authoriy Director over the phone.
He said that the complex is very concerned about resident safety and even hired a third party service to take care of the problem.
The biggest issue is the lack of cooperation from current residents.
