UPDATE: Foul play not suspected with body found in SUV trunk

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- We uncovered more information about a strange weekend accident in South Bend.
Police said 31-year-old Armando Johnson lost control of his SUV on Saturday and ran over a mailbox on Miami St.
When officers arrived, they found 37-year-old Maximono Colon dead in the trunk.
Investigators are trying to figure out if he died before or after the crash, but they do not suspect foul play.
Johnson told police Colon asked for a ride after a night of partying.
Toxicology tests are pending.
