UPDATE: New developments in Niles Facebook sex video scandal

NILES, Mich. -- There are new developments in the Niles Facebook video sex scandal.
Martell Miller, one of the accused teens, was originally scheduled for a court appearance on Friday.
However, in court, his attorney met with the Prosecution, and negotiations were continued.
On Thursday, fellow defendant, Parnell Martin, pleaded guilty to charges in the case.
Miller is expected to be back in court on Monday morning.
