UPDATE: Olive Street Convenience Store owner faces additional charges

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- On Thursday, The St. Joseph County Prosecutor's Office filed additional charges against the owner of the Olive Street Convenience Store.

Ebrahim AImalabeh, the owner of the convenience store, is was previously charged with three felonies for the Unlawful Sale of a Legend Drug, involving Viagra.

Now, the Prosecutor's Office is adding two additional felony counts of Possession of a Legend Drug, this time, involving OxyContin.

South Bend Police uncovered the illegal activities when they raided the convenience store back on Oct. 3.

AIMalabeh is still in custody. His next hearing for all charges is scheduled for Oct. 21.  Judge Miller will preside over the case.
