Update: Toddler dies after being found in pool

A two-year-old died July 4th after being found at the bottom of a pool last week.
On July 2, Marius Criglear was at his grandmother's home in Niles. Just before 8:00 p.m. that night, police responded to a call that a child was not breathing after being found in the water at a home on Stateline Road.
This past Saturday, the Berrien County Sheriff's Department said the boy died at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
No arrests have been made.
