Updated COVID-19 vaccines approved by the FDA

WASHINGTON DC - The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved updated COVID-19 vaccines.
The newest shots from, Moderna and Pfizer will be available to most Americans even if they've never has a coronavirus vaccination.
Health experts say the policy is a shift in strategy to treat updates of the COVID-19 vaccine mucg like the annual flu shot many people get.
The Centers for Disease Control is expected to issue recommendations on who most needs the updated vaccines.
People could actually start getting vaccinated later this week.
