U.S. 31 to have overnight road closures for bridge work

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. -- The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced that there will be overnight road closures on U.S. 31 at the U.S. 20/31 bypass due to bridge construction.
Through July 1, U.S. 31 will be closed from approximately 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. nightly, with traffic being diverted westbound or eastbound on U.S. 20.
The ramp from westbound U.S. 20 to southbound U.S. 31 will also be closed.
The schedule is weather dependent and subject to change.
Work will continue on the interchange until early December.
