Van Buren County K-9 Vento laid to rest

VAN BUREN COUNTY, Mich. -- The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office says K-9 Vento was laid to rest last week.
Vento died of natural causes.
The Sheriff's Office said Vento bravely served the citizens of Van Buren County and the sheriff's office tirelessly over the last several years and with the utmost drive and enthusiasm.
They stated, "Vento you are officially relieved of your duties with the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office. We bid you farewell, until we meet again."
