Van Buren County Woman will face animal cruelty charges

PAW PAW TOWNSHIP, Mich. -- A Van Buren County woman will face charges for neglecting her two dogs.
Brandi Espinosa, 33, pleaded not guilty to the animal cruelty charges.
Officers say that both dogs were in bad shape when they were found on the property in Paw Paw. They were chained up with little room move. They also had little food and no water.
The owner said she thought the dogs were just fine.
