Vandals damage headstones in Lacota Cemetery

The Van Buren County Sheriff's Office is investigating damage to 33 headstones at the Lacota Cemetery on Baseline Road in Geneva Township.
Deputies say they were called to the cemetery on Monday after someone discovered 33 headstones were tipped over and/or broken.
It is believed the crime happened sometime Saturday evening, March 19.
The suspects may have been in a pickup truck or SUV.
