'Victim 1' in Sandusky scandal sues Penn State

More fallout has occurred in the Jerry Sandusky child abuse scandal.

A young man, known as "Victim 1," who testified against the former assistant football coach is now suing Penn State. The now 18-year-old victim said in a lawsuit that the university concealed the abuse.

In June, Sandusky was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys over a 15-year period.

The suit claims the university was more concerned with protecting its reputation and its football program than looking into a sexual predator.
