AUSTIN, Texas— Emergency crews in Texas rescued a group of boaters on Thursday, according to a tweet from the Austin-Travis County EMS.
According to the tweet, 911 callers reported Thursday afternoon that a boat was “up against the dam.”
Rescuers attached the boat to another boat and lowered down life vests to the occupants.
The trapped boat was brought back to safety by police and no injuries were reported in the incident.
