Visitation at correctional facility to be down

ELKHART, Ind. -- Visitation at the Elkhart County Correctional Facility will be down for two days in October.
Inmate visitation will be down October 22 and 23 because of technical issues with the video visitation system.
The temporary restriction on inmate visitation will be for both days. The video system will be looked at again on October 24.
