Walt Disney Elementary teacher appears in court

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- A Walt Disney elementary teacher appeared in court Thursday for an arraignment.
Eric West, 30, is accused of sending several sexual and inappropriate text messages to a 12-year-old former student.
He faces a charge of inappropriate communication with a child, which is a misdemeanor.
West is due back in court Nov. 28.
