MDOT crews prepare for winter storm
Temperatures this evening will remain in the 30s until midnight, then drop into the mid 20s by tomorrow morning. A few snow flurries are also possible during the overnight and throughout your Monday. Most places will stay dry as drizzle and flurries will remain very isolated. Tomorrow afternoon highs will top out in the low 40s. Wednesday and Thursday we should see mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies. High temperatures will warm into the upper 40s by Thursday afternoon.
Rain chances return on Friday for most of Michiana. Temperatures will drop into the mid 30s Saturday morning giving us a chance for some wintry mix. Rain showers stay in the forecast for Saturday afternoon and evening. More wintry mix is possible into Sunday morning. High temperatures into the following week will drop back into the mid to upper 30s.
