Warmer weather may lead to bug bonanza

This is one of the warmest winters on record.

While you may have enjoyed not having to wear that heavy coat all the time, you may soon regret it!

A so-called 'bug bonanza' could strike over the next few weeks.

Scientists said that mosquitos, beatles, termites, ants, and wasps are all coming out much earlier than average.

This may not only annoy us, but it could mess with the bugs' biological clocks.

They actually survive the cold by slowing down their metabolism and respiration.

With the warmer temperatures, many of them are forced out of hiberation in search of food.
