WARSAW, Ind. -- Concerned former volunteers of Isaiah 11 voiced their concerns of the conditions at the Warsaw facility.
The Indiana Board of Animal Health investigated the facility, back at the end of February.
Their full findings are linked below, but in the end they found 23 things the owner must change to improve conditions for the animals on site.
The owner, Linda Ozier has until the end of the month to comply, before the board will reassess.
Ozier says she and volunteers have been hard at work, to clean the place up after the poor conditions went viral early February.
Meanwhile, some are saying making the changes is not enough, and shared why they feel the non-profit is unfit for children and animals.
