Warsaw man arrested for child molestation

Warsaw police arrested 23-year-old Terren Raphael for allegedly molesting an 11-year-old girl.
He is accused of molesting the girl in the summer of 2009.
The girl is now fifteen and came forward after being threatened for years if she said anything about the abuse.
Raphael is now sitting at the Kosciusko County jail.
