Warsaw – Wayne Fire Territory now offering mental health services

WARSAW, Ind. – The Warsaw – Wayne Fire Territory is now offering mental health services to members of the community experiencing a crisis.

Community Assistance Resources & Emergency Services (C.A.R.E.S.) is a program that helps address those dealing with a mental health crisis and those having trouble getting medications or appropriate medical care.

C.A.R.E.S. also offers a number of other services:

  • Emergency housing needs assistance
  • Uninjured fall assistance
  • Home safety assessments
  • Resources allocation for residents
  • Mental health assistance

Those in need of the C.A.R.E.S. program can call 574-453-7901 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
