Our last quiet night of weather for the next couple of days will see lows fall into the upper 30s and abundant cloud cover remain over the area. Monday starts off cloudy but quiet as highs surge into the low 60s from southerly winds. Both showers and wind arrive in the late afternoon/early evening hours ahead of an occluded front, although the heaviest rain won't develop until late Monday night going into Tuesday morning. Wind gusts will be the other notable impact, with values exceeding 40 mph possible early Tuesday morning right before the morning commute. Expect more moderate rain going into Tuesday afternoon with a limited chance of non-severe thunderstorms during that time as well. Sustained winds will range from 25-35 mph for the first half of Tuesday. By Tuesday night, quiet weather returns and lows fall just around freezing. We begin to rebuild back towards seasonal temps. on Wednesday.
Tonight: Mostly cloudy. Low 37.
Monday: Showers and windy conditions. High 62.
