Water pipe bursts at Chase Tower

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – More trouble at the Chase Tower.
Around 8 o'clock Thursday morning, fire fighters were called to the South Bend's tallest building for a water pipe burst. Running water from the break even caused one person to get stuck in the elevator.
Fire fighters were able to free the person that was trapped, who was stuck for about a half hour.
The Chase Tower was just put up for sale Wednesday with the hopes that a new owner will make some much needed renovations.
