Westside BBQ & Crafts Fest Sunday Afternoon

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Westside BBQ & Crafts Fest took place Sunday afternoon. The Fest is a community fundraiser for Unity Gardens and the American Culinary Federation.  The event featured live music, food, and craft vendors. It aims to create a third space for community engagement on the west side, which often misses out on such events. 

 The festival has been around for more than a decade and is supported by sponsors like the Career Academy Network for Public Schools, crucial for maintaining the event's free access and community focus.
