Active weather returns midweek. Tuesday is cold and breezy ahead of a storm that brings heavy rain Wednesday, and strong wind, Thursday. The freezing rain threat is minimal Wednesday morning as temperatures warm above freezing. Total rainfall over 12 to 18 hours could top two inches, minor flooding is possible. The wind gusts in excess of 40 mph Thursday, power outages are possible and temperatures spike into mid-50s. Then the roller coaster drops, temperatures will be below freezing Friday.
