Frigid, snowy conditions start tonight
We're starting warm, muggy, and wet this morning with few changes expected throughout the day. A cold front moving through the region today will bring cooler air to Michiana with highs topping out in the mid 70's. We're already starting this morning with lingering showers with more thunderstorms on the way today. Soaking rain could result in more localized flooding, especially in areas that already received heavy rain last night. Showers and a few thunderstorms continue into tonight, but we should be drying out by tomorrow morning. Monday will be warm and sunny with more of the same for the Fourth of July holiday, just hotter. Rain and storm chances look to return later on Wednesday with storms lasting overnight as another cold front sweeps across the Midwest. The forecast looks dry again by Friday and stays that way into next weekend.
Today: Thunderstorms. Cooler. High 76.
Tonight: Showers and a few thunderstorms early. Low 61.
Monday: Mostly sunny. High 82.
Fourth of July: Mostly sunny. High 88.
