Wine, music, chocolate and a prostate screening?

Do you care about the health of your significant other?Then how about including a FREE health screening as part of your next date night? Memorial Health Discovery Center is offering a couples-only health screening April 19 from 3 – 7 p.m.
Women will undergo a free clinical breast exam. Men will undergo a free prostate exam, including a PSA blood test and a physical exam of the prostate. Help yourself and the one you love by attending the health screening.
Don’t worry, we have the romance covered. The event will include complimentary music, wine, cheese and chocolate. To register or for more information, please call 574-647-1801. This health screening is for couples only.
Memorial Health Discovery Center is located in 100 Navarre Place, Suite 6670 on the Memorial campus in downtown South Bend. Free parking is available in the Navarre Parking Garage.
