Winona Lake color run

KOSCUISKO COUNTY, Ind. -- Starting at 10:00 a.m. this morning there will be a color run at Winona Lake in honor of Payton Slaymaker.
Today she would have turned 11.
The proceeds from the event will go to “The Cure Starts Now”, an organization that funds cancer research.
There will be face painting available for kids and a balloon release as a birthday celebration for Payton.
