ST. JOSEPH, Mich. – Video from downtown St. Joseph in Michigan on Thursday shows snow crews using front-end loaders and dump trucks to cart away all the snow to clear space for vehicle parking.
About a foot and a half of snow was on the ground, with the bitter cold temperatures not allowing for any melt.
