Woman injured in shooting early Tuesday on Eddy Street

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A woman was injured when shots were fired in the 200 block of N. Eddy early Tuesday morning.

South Bend Police were called to an area hospital early Tuesday morning after a 21-year-old woman went to the emergency room with a non life threatening injury to her arm.

The victim told police she was in a vehicle in the 200 block of N. Eddy just after midnight when someone in an unknown vehicle fired one shot into her vehicle, causing her injury.
