Woman struck by vehicle in Elkhart County

ELKHART COUNTY, Ind. – A woman was struck by a vehicle Friday.
Kyla Rhodes, 18, was hit while walking east bound on Old US 20 Friday morning.
Deputies say the driver 27-year-old Luke Morgan was traveling westbound around 7:30 a.m. when his passenger side mirror collided with Rhodes.
Rhodes went to a local hospital with complaint of right shoulder and hip pain but injuries are not life threatening.
