Workers accidentally hit gas main in Goshen, cause leak

GOSHEN, Ind. – Workers who were working on fiber optic lines accidentally hit a gas main, causing a leak in Goshen on Wednesday morning.
According to the Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department, the gas leak happened around 7:30 a.m. near Jenkins Automotive on Lincolnway East.
Employees at that business said the road was blocked but no evacuations have been ordered.
