Zimmer Biomet received FDA clearance for its Rosa Partial Knee system, which will be used for partial and total knee surgeries.
It has 2D and 3D X-Atlas imaging technology with real-time, intraoperative data collection for soft tissue and bone anatomy to improve the bone cut accuracy and range of motion gap analysis.
The Rosa Partial Knee System is the latest addition to ZBEdge, Zimmer Biomet's suite of integrated digital and robotic technologies.
Kristen Martin, Director of Rosa Recon, said, “They're able to see that 3D anatomy on the robot's screen and that helps them insure that the plan that they made that's really a personalized for each patient is executed flawlessly."
