16-year-old pedestrian dies after crash in St. Joseph County, Michigan

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Mich. - A 16-year-old Three Rivers girl is dead after being hit by a vehicle on U.S. 131 Monday night, according to the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies were called to the area, near Broadway Road, just before 10:30 p.m. for a crash involving a pedestrian.
A narrative for what happened has not been provided.
The girl’s name is not being released at this time while family is notified.
The driver of the vehicle was not hurt.
